Note: You cannot cast spells in the Wastelands. If you are magic
reliant, find someone else to kill Astilar for you or get an 'invis' and walk
right past him. Astilar has about 20k hp, can get over 10 attacks per round and
can hit for over 5k per round. Astilar has in his posession an Endless Spell
Component Bag, which most magic guilds will find useful, and a piece of amber
that sells for a nice sum.
